VILLA RONDINE STRESA

Villa La Rondine is noble vintage villa of 560sqm located in a ‘large park enriched with ancient trees and sculptures near the beach of Carciano. The villa was built in 1920 over Arch. Rino Ferrini’s design. The building extends over two floors plus a basement, where there are several service rooms, an attic and an elegant garden where there is a beautiful fountain and a bronze statue. The entire villa has interesting architectural features presenting decorative elements that refer to different styles. Marble mosaic floors, wood parquet laid in a herringbone pattern enrich the interior of the villa.
